Green with impact for people and communities

At Upperbloom, sustainability is about more than the environment. It is about people.In partnership with Pantar, a social enterprise in Amsterdam, we create meaningful work for individuals who face barriers to employment.

Since 2020, we have worked closely with Pantar, the largest social enterprise in the region. Every day, more than 2,700 people receive guidance and support through their programmes. A dedicated team from Pantar also works in our own workshop, playing an important role in our daily operations. They help assemble planters and prepare seasonal greenery for our clients.

We provide training and hands-on experience to help participants build skills and confidence for future careers in horticulture and green installation. With at least twenty percent of our operational work carried out by these colleagues, we proudly contribute to a more inclusive economy and a responsible business model.
