When you apply for a position at Upperbloom, we process the personal data you provide, or that we receive via our website or careers page. This may include, for example:

- CV, motivation letter and, where applicable, a portfolio or LinkedIn profile
- Notes from interviews, assessments and information relevant to the process
- Correspondence via email
